Who we are

CREATED 2 GROW LLC operates Shoppable Reels. This policy describes information processed by our app, website and support service. For store shoppers, the merchant controls their store and customer information; we process app data to provide services to that merchant.

Information we process

Merchant videos and images stay in Shopify Files. The app stores shop identifiers, authentication sessions, reels and product tags, playlists, appearance preferences and analytics records. Merchant-user session records may include names and email addresses. Purchase analytics, when connected, includes order and product identifiers, quantities, amounts, currency and timestamps. We do not store buyer names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses or payment card details in our analytics database. Shopify webhook payloads can contain customer information; we process the fields needed for attribution or privacy requests and do not save the full payload. Our hosting provider may process request metadata, such as IP addresses, for network operations and security. Support messages contain the information you choose to send us.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate installations, display tagged products and videos, manage playlists and appearance, provide merchant analytics, verify subscriptions, respond to support and privacy requests, and secure the service. We do not sell personal information or use shopper data for advertising profiles.

Service providers and transfers

We use Shopify for store APIs, media delivery and app billing; Render for app hosting and database services in the United States; and Namecheap email forwarding and our business email provider for support. These services process information needed to perform their roles. If you import a public social video, the app requests the supplied URL from that platform. Only import content you have permission to use. Information may be processed outside your country.

Storefront privacy choices

Storefront analytics uses Shopify’s customer privacy API and records events only when analytics consent is allowed. Without that permission, the player remains usable and does not attach our purchase attribution token. Purchase attribution also requires Shopify’s marketing permission. An attribution token identifies the store, reel and product; it does not contain a buyer identity. Purchases use Shopify checkout and payment details are handled by Shopify and the merchant’s payment providers.

Retention and deletion

Uninstall removes app-owned shop data from the active database; it does not delete original merchant videos from Shopify Files. The app also processes Shopify customer deletion and store deletion requests. Customer deletion removes matching order analytics and related order references from privacy requests. Keyed order digests prevent delayed webhook retries from restoring deleted records; they remain until store erasure. App configuration, analytics and privacy request records otherwise remain while the app is installed. Hosting backups may retain earlier records until their configured expiry. A restored backup must have deletion requests reapplied before returning to service. Support correspondence is kept only as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable obligations.

Your rights and requests

You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing us. Store shoppers should contact the store merchant so they can verify the request and initiate Shopify’s privacy process. Merchants can download customer data reports from Help & FAQs in the app and share them securely with the requesting customer. We respond to verified requests within applicable deadlines, including Shopify’s 30-day privacy request deadline, subject to lawful exceptions.

Security and updates

We use HTTPS, authenticated Shopify access, webhook signature verification and store-scoped database queries. No system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the service changes and will publish the updated date here.
